  • General Property Maintenance and Repairs: Systematic calls for tender for all works/repairs to be carried out in accordance with the decisions of the General Assembly.

  • Careful supervision of the works/repairs and its reception by one of our managers to ensure compliance with the specifications drawn up at the request of the Condominium Council.

  • A detailed provisional budget attached to the minutes of the General Assembly.

  • Regular requests for funds to smoothen the condominium costs as decided by the general assembly.
